Nexen Petroleum U.K. Limited are pleased to announce that we have been placed at 84 out of 994 companies that applied to The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work for List.

In total, Best Companies surveyed over 200,000 employee opinions. Participating in this survey is a way of gaining valuable information so we can excel in every area throughout the workplace and show our commitment to our most important assets - Nexen's workforce. It's important to hear from employees so we can engage our workforce and make improvements as needed.

Employees were asked to rank aspects of five key areas of the workplace: leadership, well-being, belonging, giving back and personal growth.
